This role plays a critical role in driving the growth and success of the company by combining technical knowledge with sales expertise.  This individual will engage with potential clients to identify their technology needs and recommend tailored solutions that align with their business goals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, customer-focused, and adept at building strong relationships to drive revenue growth. Our ideal candidate will drive sales and develop client relationships, contributing to our mission of simplifying technology for our clients. Must be an authorized worker residing in the United States. Local to Nashville, TN. 

 

Essential Job Functions 

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to sell Atiba’s range of services, including managed IT support, cloud services, network management, helpdesk support, and cybersecurity solutions. 

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging existing industry contacts. 

  • Foster and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique IT needs and how Atiba’s services can meet them. 

  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations of Atiba’s services to potential clients. 

  • Collaborate with Atiba’s technical team to develop tailored proposals and solutions for clients. 

  • Negotiate and close contracts, focusing on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships. 

  • Stay abreast of developments in IT services, market trends, and the competitive landscape. 

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets and performance metrics. 

  • Represent Atiba at industry events and conferences to promote our services and build professional relationships. 

  • Provide insightful feedback to our management team regarding market trends, competitive threats, and customer-focused opportunities. 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client communications. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Job requirements

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field desired.

  • Proven sales experience, particularly in IT services or a related technical field. (3-5 years)

  • Strong technical understanding of IT & managed IT support services with the ability to articulate these services to a diverse clientele. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of identifying and pursuing sales opportunities. 

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. 

  • Effective networking and relationship-building capabilities. 

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools. 

  • Willingness to travel as required. 

  • PC experience, especially in Microsoft Office applications 

  • Successful completion of a drug and background screen 

  • Local to Nashville, TN strongly preferred
