Job description
Job Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced React Native developer to build a hybrid mobile app from scratch. The project involves integrating in-app subscriptions, handling image/video uploads, implementing secure user authentication, and leveraging AWS services (Cognito, S3, RDS/Aurora, SES). You’ll also assist with App Store and Play Store configurations. Must be an authorized worker residing in the United States.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and deploy a React Native app to iOS and Android.
· Integrate in-app purchases (subscriptions/payments) for both platforms.
· Handle media uploads (images/videos) and user-generated content.
· Implement user authentication and management (AWS Cognito or similar).
· Configure and maintain AWS resources (S3, RDS/Aurora, SES, SQS).
· Collaborate on project scope, timelines, and budget.

Job requirements
Required Skills:
· Proven React Native experience (3+ years) building apps from scratch.
· In-depth knowledge of App Store & Play Store deployment (certificates, profiles).
· Practical experience with in-app purchases and subscriptions (iOS/Android).
· Strong familiarity with AWS (Cognito, S3, RDS/Aurora, SES).
· Experience with user identity providers and secure authentication.
· Understanding of database design and integration.
· Successful completion of a drug and background screen
Preferred Skills:
· Familiarity with JIRA or similar PM tools.
· AWS serverless architecture (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway) experience.
· Ability to work independently, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
· Strong agile and CI/CD pipeline understanding.
